ONEST in a Nutshell

ONEST leverages open networks as Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) to address information asymmetry and enable trusted, platform-agnostic access to skilling and livelihood opportunities by digitally enabling and credentialing both people and opportunities. By unifying siloed platforms, it unlocks collaboration across sectors, surfacing real-time, sachetised and multi-sectoral demand, potentially leading to lower CAC, higher ARPU and heightened trust.

Incubated by the EkStep Foundation in partnership with ONDC, FIDE (Beckn Protocol), and Protean, ONEST empowers individuals and organisations to connect and thrive in a more equitable ecosystem. This collective endeavor aims to reimagine access to opportunities and transform India’s employment landscape, aligning aspirations with possibilities seamlessly.
